Die Position

Wir suchen eine/n motivierte/n Tech Project Manager (m/w/d), um das Team von Project A zu stärken und unsere Portfoliounternehmen bei der Verbesserung technologischer Strategien zu unterstützen.

In deiner täglichen Arbeit konzentrierst du dich auf die Verbesserung der eingesetzten Technologien, um die Unternehmensziele zu erreichen.

Das Tech Consulting Team besteht aus technologieorientierten Generalist*innen:

Du unterstützt Portfoliounternehmen bei Buy vs. Build-Entscheidungen, Software Implementierungen und Prozessoptimierungen.

Unsere qualifizierten Berater*innen fungieren als Interims-Projektleiter*innen

und helfen Start-ups bei der Auswahl der richtigen Systeme und Partner.

Du stelle sicher, dass die Arbeit rechtzeitig, im Rahmen des Budgets und ohne Qualitätseinbußen erledigt wird.

Sei verantwortlich für:
  • Verwaltung einer Vielzahl von technologieorientierten Projekten in unserem Portfolio (von der Frühphase bis zu Private-Equity-Co-Investitionen)
  • Planung von Projektplänen und Festlegung von Zielen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit unseren internen Tech-Teams, um Project A und unseren Portfoliounternehmen den Auf- und Ausbau ihrer technischen Fähigkeiten zu ermöglichen
  • Evaluieren verschiedener technischer Entscheidungen und praktische lösungsorientierte Arbeit
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams und mit unserem Head of Tech Consulting und unserem CTO
Dein Profil
  • Beruflicher Hintergrund in Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft, Softwaretechnik oder Produktmanagement
  • Berufserfahrung für die Junior-Position ist ein Plus
  • Für die mittlere Position sind mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung erforderlich
  • Großes Interesse an Technik und Geschäftsprozessen und erste einschlägige Arbeitserfahrungen in einer Unternehmensberatung, einem Tech-Startup oder einem ähnlichen Umfeld
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld erfolgreich zu sein
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Analyse, Prioritätensetzung, Organisation und Problemlösung
  • Du bist in der Lage, deine Arbeit in hoher Qualität und professionell vorzubereiten und zu präsentieren
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Bitte beachte, dass wir Unterstützung im Berlin Büro suchen. Die Berechtigung, innerhalb der EU zu arbeiten, ist ebenfalls erforderlich.
