Aufgabenbereich

Unterstützt bei der Einführung von Coupa für alle Vertragsabschlüsse, Bestellanforderungen, Bestellungen und Rechnungseinreichungen. Unterstützt die Procure-to-Pay-Funktion. Verantwortung für Systemdesign, Konfiguration, Wartung, Überwachung, Berichterstattung, Sicherheit und Betriebseffizienz. Bietet Governance über Prozesse und Systeme, um alle Compliance-Anforderungen zu erfüllen. Verantwortung für die tägliche Verwaltung des Coupa-Systems, einschließlich Benutzerverwaltung, Konfigurationsänderungen, Release-Management sowie Systemtests und Fehlerbehebung. Erstellen von Systemdokumenten, einschließlich Architekturdesign, Geschäftsanforderungen, Funktionsdesign, Benutzerhandbücher, Testskripte und Schulungsmaterialien. Unterstützt die Entwicklung und Implementierung genauer Analysen, die Messung von SLAs und KPIs Zusammenarbeit mit internen Mitarbeitern und externen Dienstleistern, um die Integration mit anderen Systemen sicherzustellen. Verantwortung für die Entwicklung, Aktualisierung und Pflege von Verfahren und Schulungsmaterialien zur Coupa-Nutzung.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor-bzw. Masterabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Informationstechnologie oder einem verwandten Bereich. Einschlägige und solide Erfahrung in der Coupa-Konfiguration auf der gesamten P2P-Plattform, einschließlich Risikobewertung. Coupa-Zertifizierung bevorzugt. Starke Fähigkeit, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich effektiv zu kommunizieren. Analytische Denkweise mit der Fähigkeit, Möglichkeiten zur Prozessverbesserung zu erkennen. Vertraut im Umgang mit Beschaffungs- und Finanzprozessen. Erfahrungen im Release Management wünschenswert
