Job Summary
#AllAboutSportsWir, die Infront Germany mit Hauptsitz in Frankfurt/Main, sind eine internationale Sportmarketing-Agentur mit über 90 Mitarbeitern an zehn Standorten in ganz Deutschland.
Mit unseren Services bedienen wir die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette des Sportmarketings – von Marktanalysen, Strategieentwicklung und Brand Management über den Einkauf und die Vermarktung kommerzieller Rechte bis hin zur Entwicklung digitaler Lösungen sowie Umsetzung, (digitaler) Aktivierung und dem Controlling von Sponsorships.

Wir sind seit vielen Jahren Marktführer im Bereich der Wintersportvermarktung. Zu unseren Mandaten, die wir exklusiv konzeptionieren, vermarkten und implementieren zählen u.a. die Vierschanzentournee, die FIS Nordischen- und Alpinen Ski-Weltmeisterschaften, die IBU Weltmeisterschaften- und IBU Weltcups im Biathlon sowie zahlreiche FIS Ski Alpin- und FIS Skisprung-Weltcups.
Darüber hinaus gehören zu unserem Portfolio zahlreiche Top-Vereine der Fußball-Bundesliga - zum Beispiel der 1. FC Köln, der SV Werder Bremen und der 1. FSV Mainz 05. Außerdem bestehen enge Kollaborationen mit der easyCredit BBL, dem Deutschen Eishockey-Bund, der DTM sowie dem Esports-Team FOKUS CLAN und vielen mehr.

Job Requirements
Deine Aufgaben:
Im Team Marketing & Advisory bist du verantwortlich für alle nachhaltigkeitsrelevanten Themen, die du proaktiv identifizierst, steuerst und implementierst Für unsere Stakeholder bist du erster Ansprechpartner, wenn es um ESG-Kompetenzen geht Du bist Vollblut-Netzwerker mit guten Beziehungen zu etablierten & spezialisierten Agenturen im Bereich der Nachhaltigkeitsberatung und verstehst es unterschiedliche Parteien zusammenzubringen, um Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien auszuarbeiten und in Vermarkungskonzepte zu übertragen Du arbeitest eng mit den Verantwortlichen im Business Development zusammen und unterstützt sie aktiv bei Ausschreibungen & Pitches für künftige Vermarktungsmandate und -kooperationen In interdisziplinären Projektteams mit anderen Abteilungen der Infront Germany (Sales, Communications, People & Infrastructure) wirst du deine Expertise einfliessen lassen und für die Bearbeitung von nachhaltigkeitsrelevanten Themen verantwortlich zeichnen Mit den für ESG/Nachhaltigkeit verantwortlichen, internationalen Kollegen stimmst du dich eng ab und tauschst dich aus, um die Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie des Konzerns immer weiter voranzutreiben und zu etablierenDein Profil:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Kommunikation, Marketing, Sportöknomieoder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung Mindestens 5-7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Agenturumfeld oder auf Unternehmensseite mit dem Schwerpunkt Nachhaltigkeit Große Leidenschaft für das Thema Nachhaltigkeit in all seinen Facetten Umfassende Kenntnisse der Sport-, Medien- und Unterhaltungsbranche und damit verbundenen Nachhaltigkeitsthemen & Herausforderungen Strategisch konzeptionelles, visionäres Denken mit Hands-on-Mentalität Teamplayer durch und durch mit integrativem / interdisziplinärem Arbeitsstil Analytische Stärke mit Klarheit in der Aussage Ausgeprägtes Kommunikationsgeschick in Deutsch und Englisch
