Die Funktion Global Procurement (GP) ermöglicht es der Deutschen Bank, die Beziehungen zu ihren Lieferanten zu optimieren, um ihre strategischen Ziele zu erreichen. Dazu arbeiten Sie mit Partnern in der gesamten Deutschen Bank zusammen, um Strategien zu entwickeln und umzusetzen, die unseren geschäftlichen Anforderungen gerecht werden. Sie werden eng mit den wichtigsten Interessengruppen der Bank zusammenarbeiten, um die Strategie abzustimmen und das Programm zur Umgestaltung der Beschaffung der Deutschen Bank zu unterstützen. Damit wir etwas bewirken können, bilden wir ein integratives Team mit unterschiedlichen Hintergründen, um innovatives Denken zu fördern.

**Ihre Hauptaufgaben**
- Definition, Gestaltung und Umsetzung der SCS-Strategie, Treffen wichtiger Entscheidungen zur Unterstützung der Vision und der Prioritäten von GP
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Nachhaltigkeitsinitiativen, um die vom Vorstand des Unternehmens gesetzten Ziele im Bereich Umwelt, Soziales und Governance (ESG) zu erreichen
- Stärkung und Bereitstellung von Ressourcen für die drei Säulen: Umwelt, Soziales und Unternehmensführung
- Einbindung in die breitere Geschäftswelt im Bereich der SCS-Initiativen
- Aufbau und Entwicklung des SCS-Teams, wobei die Organisation so gestaltet wird, dass ihre Kompetenzen und Fähigkeiten das gesamte Spektrum der ESG-Disziplinen abdecken

**Ihre Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen**
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in einer leitenden Position mit direkter Verantwortung in den Bereichen Nachhaltigkeit, Soziales, Umweltmanagement, Qualität und Standards
- Detailliertes technisches Verständnis und Fachwissen, das Sie in die Lage versetzt, sich auf wesentliche Aspekte des Geschäftsbetriebs zu konzentrieren, Daten zu prüfen und gleichzeitig globale Trends zu berücksichtigen, um Risiken und Chancen zu erkennen
- Umfassende Erfahrung im Beschaffungswesen in verschiedenen Disziplinen wie Lieferantenmanagement, Beschaffung und Vertragsmanagement, vorzugsweise in einem globalen und komplexen Umfeld
- Ein erfahrener und anerkannter Profi im Bereich SCS mit Erfahrung in der direkten Kommunikation mit internen Stakeholdern und einer externen Peer Group
- Erfolgsbilanz bei der Entwicklung von SCS-Strategien, Antizipation zukünftiger Konsequenzen, Chancen und Trends aus interner und Marktperspektive

The Global Procurement (GP) function enables Deutsche Bank to optimise supplier relationships to meet its strategic objectives by partnering across Deutsche Bank to develop and execute strategies to meet our business requirements. You will be working closely with key business stakeholders across the Bank to align on strategy and to facilitate Deutsche Bank’s Procurement transformation programme. To deliver impact, we build an inclusive team with different backgrounds to drive innovative thinking.

You will be a key player in a skilled team that pursues a working environment where everyone is able to contribute and feels part of a cohesive community.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Defining, shaping, and delivering the SCS strategy making important decisions to support the GP’s vision and priorities
- Developing and implementing new sustainability initiatives to meet Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) goals set by the company’s board of directors
- Strengthening and resourcing the three pillars of: Environment, Social and Governance
- Engaging with the wider business community in the field of SCS initiatives
- Building and developing the SCS team, designing the organisation around broadening its skills and capability to cover the full range of ESG disciplines

**Your skills and experience**
- A track record of experience in a senior management role with direct responsibility across Sustainability, Social Issues, Environmental Management, Quality and Standards
- Extensive procurement experience in multiple disciplines across Supplier Management, Sourcing & Contract Management preferably within a Global and complex environment
- A seasoned and recognised professional within SCS, with experience of communicating directly with internal stakeholders and an external peer group
- A track record of creating SCS strategies, anticipating future consequences, opportunities and trends from internal and market perspectives
