Main Tasks:

  • Unterstützung der Direct-Tax Abteilung bei sämtlichen Aufgaben und Projekten, u.a..
  • Unterstützung bei der steuerlichen Betriebsprüfung.
  • Erstellung von Steuererklärungen und Steuerbilanzen der deutschen Konzerngesellschaften.
  • Durchführung von steuerlichen Vertragsprüfungen und Steueranmeldungen.
  • Betriebsstätten-Gewinnermittlung und Verrechnungspreisdokumentation.
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Tax-CMS.
  • Recherche und Umsetzung von Steuerrechtsänderungen.
  • Anfertigung von Stellungnahmen sowie Beratung zu nationalen und grenzüberschreitenden steuerlichen Einzelsachverhalten.

Qualifications

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Steuern oder ähnliches und/oder eine steuerbezogene Ausbildung, idealerweise Steuerfachwirt o.ä..
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in einer Konzernsteuerabteilung oder einer internationalen Beratungsgesellschaft.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des Unternehmenssteuerrechts.
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit SAP FI oder anderen ERP-Systemen.
  • Sehr gute fachspezifische Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Offene und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit.
