Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team in Munich. As a key member of our Direct Tax department, you will be responsible for supporting our team with various tasks and projects, including tax audits, tax declarations, and tax planning.

Main Tasks:

  • Support the Direct Tax department in all tasks and projects, including tax audits and tax declarations.
  • Support with tax planning and tax optimization.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns and tax statements for our German subsidiaries.
  • Conduct tax contract reviews and tax notifications.
  • Calculate and document transfer prices.
  • Support the development of our Tax-CMS.
  • Research and implement tax law changes.
  • Prepare and submit tax opinions and provide tax advice on national and international tax matters.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration with a focus on Taxation or a similar field, and/or a tax-related professional qualification.
  • Relevant work experience, preferably in a corporate tax department or an international consulting firm.
  • Sound knowledge of German tax law.
  • Ideal experience with SAP FI or other ERP systems.
  • Excellent German and English language skills.
  • Open and approachable personality.
