Profes­sio­nelle Entwick­lung von Stan­dard­pro­dukten auf Basis agiler Entwick­lungs­me­thoden für finanz­ma­the­ma­ti­sche und regu­la­to­ri­sche Frage­stel­lungen der Banking-​Branche Gestal­tung des Quali­täts­ma­nage­ments um die erfor­derte Qualität unserer Produkt-​Suite unter Berück­sich­ti­gung der geschäft­li­chen Rahmen­be­din­gungen effi­zient herzustellen Weiter­ent­wick­lung und Opera­tio­na­li­sie­rung unserer Quali­täts­stra­tegie im Rahmen von Leit­planken und Prozessen Repor­ting des aktu­ellen Quali­täts­standes gegen­über Geschäfts­be­reichs­füh­rung und Vorstand sowie Ablei­tung und Opera­tio­na­li­sie­rung ggf. notwen­diger Maßnahmen Verant­wor­tung für die Zerti­fi­zie­rung unserer Soft­ware mit einem externen Wirtschaftsprüfungsunternehmen Quali­täts­an­sprech­partner für unsere Kunden bzgl. der dort im Einsatz befind­li­chen erstellten Software-​Releases

Das bringen Sie mit

Lang­jäh­rige und erfolg­reiche Erfah­rung als Quali­täts­ma­nager, Test­ma­nager, Test­de­si­gner und in der Test­au­to­ma­ti­sie­rung in einer großen Orga­ni­sa­tion (> Software-​Entwickler) Erfolg­reich abge­schlos­senes Studium der (Wirtschafts-​)Infor­matik oder vergleich­bare Qualifikation Die Fähig­keit komplexe Zusam­men­hänge klar und einfach darzu­stellen, Überzeugungs-​ und Verhand­lungs­ge­schick sowie die Fähig­keit, prag­ma­ti­sche Lösungen unter Berück­sich­ti­gung unter­schied­li­cher Stake­holder herbeizuführen Aktu­elle Kennt­nisse von Automatisierungs-​ und Test­ana­ly­se­tools sowie über gängige Softwarearchitektur Analy­ti­sche Fähig­keiten sowie konzep­tio­nelles und prozess­ori­en­tiertes Arbeiten
