Ihre Aufgaben
  • Lagerorganisation
  • Planung und Einteilung der täglichen Packlisten für Kommissionierer und Packer.
  • Erstellen und Planung von Sealant Kühlprozessen. - Koordination von Warenein- und ausgängen sowie das Buchen / Erfassen im ERP System.
  • Erstellen von Begleitpapieren, Zollerklärungen u.a. notwendigen Versandokumenten.
  • Avisierung von Versandaufträgen.
  • Kommunikation mit Speditionen, Fahrern, Lieferanten (extern sowie intern) und dem Kunden (extern sowie intern).
  • Abwicklung des Zolllagers mittels der dafür vorgesehen Zoll-Software plus Teilnahme an der AOG Rufbereitschaft.
  • Überwachung der Warenbestände und ggfs. Korrektur von Abweichungen.
  • Durchführung allgemeiner administrativer Tätigkeiten.
  • Bearbeitung ad hoc Aufträgen wie „Transparency AOG“.
  • Einhaltung und Einforderung der Qualitäts- sowie Sicherheitsrichtlinien. - Darüber hinaus das Erstellen und Bearbeiten von Abweichungsmeldungen.
  • Einhaltung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit sowie Vorschriften im Rahmen des 5S Programmes
  • Datenerfassung im Zuge von PPG Qualitätsmaßnahmen bzw. –anforderungen seitens Kunden
Ihr Profil
  • Eine abgeschlossene Fachausbildung als Speditionskaufmann oder Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik
  • Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Warenkenntnisse und Kenntnisse rechtlicher Rahmenbedingungen für die Ein- und Auslagerung (ADR, IMO, IACO)
  • Gutes Zahlenverständnis
  • Interesse an der Arbeit mit EDV
  • Die Fähigkeit, selbstständig sowie im Team zu arbeiten
  • Fremdsprachenkenntnisse (englisch)
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein/Zuverlässigkeit
  • Flexibilität
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh- und Spät)
  • Organisationstalent und eine zuverlässige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
