Ihre Aufgaben

Tax/Strategy/Risk:

Unterstützung bei der Gestaltung steuerlicher und gesellschaftsrechtlicher Strukturen Erkennen von steuerlichen, grenzüberschreitenden und nachfolgebezogenen Auswirkungen von Vermögenssituationen und Gesetzesänderungen Internationales Steuerrecht sowie Erbschaftsteuerrecht Organisation des Risikomanagements und der Risikoabschirmung Steuerliche Begleitung von Investitionsentscheidungen in verschiedenen Assetklassen

Day-to-Day Business:

Management der Schnittstellen zu Dienstleistern ( Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer, Rechtsanwälte, Finanzdienstleister) Überwachung des Rechnungswesens und des Liquiditätsmanagements Weiterentwicklung und Durchführung von Vermögenscontrolling und -reporting

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Finanzen, Wirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich Idealerweise mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Wirtschaftsprüfung/Steuerberatung, Family Office, Finanzcontrolling, Vermögensverwaltung und/oder Private Banking Hands-on-Mentalität und zugleich eine ganzheitliche und strategische Weitsicht IT-Affinität und Lust auf Digitalisierungsthemen Höchstagile Einsatzbereitschaft und Eigenverantwortung Systematische und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise Authentische, kommunikative und selbstbewusste Persönlichkeit mit solider Werteorientierung Vertrauenswürdigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Loyalität und Diskretion Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
