We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Consultant to join our team. As a Tax Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing tax structures and strategies for our global operations
  • Identifying and mitigating tax risks and exposures
  • Providing tax advice on international transactions and investments
  • Managing tax compliance and reporting

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
  • Provide tax advice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex transactions
  • Manage tax audits and disputes with tax authorities
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure compliance

**Requirements**

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in tax consulting, financial analysis, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
