Teamleiter Software Development (m/w/d)

Leadership: Als Teamleiter:ineines unsereragilen deutschsprachigenFull-Stack- EntwicklungsteamsbistDu für die disziplinarische Führung deiner Mitarbeiter verantwortlich und unterstützt unsere Architekten und Technologie Leads bei technologischen Entscheidungen, mit dem Ziel, es fachlich und überfachlich weiterzuentwickeln

Du spielst eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Gestaltung der Zukunft unser Produkte

Quality Check: Du unterstützt die zentralisierten QA Teams dabei, die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards sicherzustellen und sorgst für Best Practices in der C#/.NET und C# Desktopentwicklung, und die stringente Weiterentwicklung von Unit Tests

Hands-On: Außerdem unterstützt Du die Konzeption und Umsetzung von User-Stories und wirkst bei der Erstellung der Systeme und Architekturen mit

Teamwork: Dabei arbeitest Du mit einem Team eng mit verschiedenen interdisziplinären Teams sowie mitScrumMaster:innen,Produktmanager:innen und ProductOwner:innen zusammen

Das bringst Du mit: 

IT-Background: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, z.B. als Fachinformatiker, oder Studium in der IT, z.B. Informatik, Computer Science oder Software Engineering

Leadership: Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Führung von ScrumEntwicklungsteams, Anwendung von Scrum-Methoden,und die Fähigkeit, ein Team zu motivieren und zu leiten

Know-How: Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Desktopentwicklungin Frontend, Backend, oder auch Full-Stack

Tech Stack: Fundierte Kenntnisse in den relevanten Programmiersprachen und Technologien (z.B. C#/.NET, C++), C++ Kenntnisse runden dein Profil ab

Communication iskey: Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Teamorientierung und sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse
