Ihre Aufgaben
Selbständiges Bedienen der gängigen Index Maschinentypen: ABC (Revolver + Linear), V200 und insbesondere G200, C200 Manuelles Bestücken der Maschinen mit Rohteilen (Handeinlage zum Teil über Kopf) Mehrmaschinenbedienung Bedienen von Zuführeinrichtungen, Messsteuerungen und anderen Messwerkzeugen (z.B. Hommel) Beheben von Prozessproblemen in Zusammenarbeit mit Einrichtern und Technologen Überwachung der KPIs: Anlagenverfügbarkeit, Leistungsgrad und Qualitätsgrad -> OEE Werkzeugwechsel und Werkzeugkorrekturen durchführen Prüfen von Teilen nach Zeichnung / Prüfplan und korrigieren der Einstelldaten Durchführen von einfachen WartungsarbeitenRequired Skills and Education
Ihr Profil
Idealerweise abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem metallverarbeitenden Beruf oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich CNC-Drehen Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtsystem Staplerschein wünschenswert Gute Deutschkenntnisse Zielbewusstes, systematisches und unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln Qualitätsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit Hohe Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit Persönliches Engagement Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von VerantwortungAbout American Axle & Manufacturing
