Wir suchen für die Leica Camera AG zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für den Standort Wetzlar in Vollzeit eine:n      

Teamleiter:in Health, Safety and Environment (m/w/d)   

 

Ihre Aufgaben:

 

  • Übernahme von Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten der Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit gemäß DGUV Vorschrift 2 und ASIG

  • Planung, Umsetzung, Überwachung und Optimierung betrieblicher Prozesse in allen HSE-Bereichen

  • Reporting und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Unfallvermeidung, Gesundheitsprävention und Umweltverträglichkeit

  • Durchführung und Koordinierung von Arbeitsschutzunterweisungen und Schulungen

  • Untersuchung von Arbeits- und Beinaheunfällen, Auswertung der Ergebnisse und Entwicklung von Präventionsmaßnahmen

  • Einführung und Weiterentwicklung eines HSE-Managementsystems sowie Überwachung der gesetzlichen Normen und Vorgaben

 

Das bringen Sie mit:

 

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches/naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Langjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung

  • Zusatzausbildung zum internen Auditor (DIN EN ISO 19011)

  • Grundkenntnisse im Risikomanagement nach ISO31000 / ONR 49000

  • Fundiertes Wissen zu Produktkonformität und Umweltgesetzgebung unabdingbar

  • Methodenkompetenz zur Analyse von Konformitätsverstößen und Umweltaspekten

  • Gute Moderations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
