We are looking for someone to facilitate the processing of Public Tenders for all Sales and Service segments. Advising and then requesting the support from Sales and Service Organizations.

You will be Coordinating and planning the input from all the appropriate teams and provide to

the Sales and Service team with clear feedback on the status of the tenders. In this role you will maintain awareness of new and existing legislation in relation to tenders to offer valid tenders.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensure standard information for tenders is easily accessible.
- Be Responsible for the preparation of all documents needed (before and after the tender)
- Ensure the Tender Documents Signatures based on local Management Signature Policy (LoA) and PoA
- Guarantee the Delivery of Tender documents within each single Tender deadline
- Provide timely distribution to Sales and Service organizations of information related to all future Tenders we receive on regular basis from our consultant.
- On monthly basis, submit to the Local Management all the documentation related to the Company in order to be guaranteed about the consistency and updating of documents themselves.

**Our expectations**:

- Knowledge of MS systems
- Good level of spoken and written English and German. Knowledge of the Dutch language would also be appreciated.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Independent as well as solution-oriented way of working
- Experience in the medical business is an advantage
