Als Information Security Consultant berichten Sie direkt an den CISO und übernehmen verantwortungsvolle, gestalterische und herausfordernde Aufgaben:

Ihre Aufgaben:

Weiterentwicklung des ISMS-Regelwerks

Aufrechterhaltung und Weiterentwicklung der ISMS-Prozesse

Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung des ISMS-Risikomanagements

Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Bewertung von Informationssicherheitsrisiken

Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung des ISMS-Reportings

Beratung in Sicherheitsfragen und Mitwirkung bei Vorbereitung und Durchführung von internen und externen Informationssicherheitsaudits

Beratung der Fachabteilungen bei der Planung und Durchführung von Security-Projekten

Aufrechterhaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Information Security Awareness Programms

Interne Kommunikation rund um das Thema Informationssicherheit im Konzern

Ansprechpartner für Fragen rund um die Informationssicherheit im Konzern

Vertretung der Abteilung Informationssicherheit in Gremien, Ausschüssen und Veranstaltungen

Steuerung und Kontrolle externer Dienstleister in Bezug auf Informationssicherheit

Unsere Anforderungen:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Informationssicherheit im Enterprise-Umfeld

Expertise im Bereich Risikomanagement

Expertise im Bereich Informationssicherheitsmanagementsysteme (ISMS)

Erfahrung mit relevanten Standards im Informationssicherheitsbereich, wie z.B. ISO27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, DSGVO, TISAX

Kenntnisse in der Verfassung von Richtlinien, Prozessdokumentationen und Arbeitsanweisungen

Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

Ein hohes Maß an persönlicher Belastbarkeit in Notfallsituationen

Ausgeprägtes strategisches Denken sowie konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten

Selbstständige, zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise

Fähigkeit komplexe Sachverhalte zusammenzufügen und anwendungsorientiert zu vermitteln

Selbstbewusstes Auftreten verbunden mit Integrität und Konfliktfähigkeit

Erfahrungen in der Leitung von Projekten

Gute Präsentationstechniken und Moderationskompetenzen auf allen Managementebenen

Zertifizierung wie z.B. CISSP, CISM, CISA von Vorteil

Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (verhandlungssicher)
