Responsibilities

Provide operational instructions to Third Part Warehourses & Terminals (TP W&T) when needed. Register in SAP all activities concerning Terminal Operations (TO) and keep physical and virtual stocks under control. Lead investigation and resolution of non-conformities and complaints related to TP W&T under his/her responsibility. Lead/Support Local HESQ and W&T procurement during audits of TP W&T Support W&T Procurement with feedback on the performance of the suppliers.  Lead yearly stock count and stock corrections

Profile

Degree ideally in logistics or business education or equivalent Experience gained in similar jobs with proven strong results Minimum five years related progressive work experience and/or training Languages requirements: German speaker (fluent or native). Good English language skills. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus. General understanding of transport and W&T legislation and product stewardship SAP SD/MM/LES. Transwide Hands on / comfortable on the shop floor Proactive and self driven Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
