Terminal Coordinator

Supply Chain Europe is responsible for distributing Yara products to our customers all across Europe. The organization manages all supply chain processes: order management, transport management, operational planning, complaints handling and billing.

• Provide operational instructions to Third Part Warehourses & Terminals (TP W&T) when needed.
• Register in SAP all activities concerning Terminal Operations (TO) and keep physical and virtual stocks under control.
• Lead investigation and resolution of non-conformities and complaints related to TP W&T under his/her responsibility.
• Lead/Support Local HESQ and W&T procurement during audits of TP W&T
• Support W&T Procurement with feedback on the performance of the suppliers.
• Lead yearly stock count and stock corrections

• Degree ideally in logistics or business education or equivalent
• Experience gained in similar jobs with proven strong results
• Minimum five years related progressive work experience and/or training
• Languages requirements: German speaker (fluent or native). Good English language skills. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
• General understanding of transport and W&T legislation and product stewardship
• SAP SD/MM/LES. Transwide
• Hands on / comfortable on the shop floor
• Proactive and self driven
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

This position reports to Director Continuous Improvements & Terminal, Region Continental

Location: Vilnius or Dülmen.
