Senior Manager Logistics

Der Senior Manager Logistics ist für das nationale Logistik-Setup inklusive der Kostenplanung des lokalen Logistik Budgets verantwortlich. In Zusammenarbeit mit unseren 3PLs, dem Customer Service, Procurement und dem Demand & Supply Planning Team sowie weiteren internen- sowie externen Stakeholdern realisiert der Senior Manager Logistics ein optimales Supply Chain Setup in Bezug auf Flexibilität, Kosten, Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit.
Der Senior Manager Logistics ist für die die gesamte Prozesskette vom Wareneingang bis zum Empfang der Ware beim Kunden verantwortlich und berücksichtigt hierbei stets die "sechs R" der Logistik. Der Senior Manager trägt die Verantwortung für das Logistik-Team, welches aus vier Personen besteht.

Regelmäßige Analyse des vorhandenen Logistik-Setups und Anpassung der verfügbaren Kapazitäten anhand aktueller PlanwerteDurchführung von Strategie-Terminen mit LogistikdienstleisternGestaltung von Konditionsverhandlungen und Festlegung von PreisenVerantwortlichkeit für die akkurate Planung und die Einhaltung des Logistik BudgetsAnsprechperson für KVP/Continuous Improvement mit den Dienstleistern sowie Analyse und Implementierung von ProzessverbesserungenDurchführung von Ausschreibungen und Erstellung von Verträgen Verantwortung für alle Leistungszielwerte des Logistik TeamsRegelmäßigen Business Reviews und Besuche bei DienstleisternWeiterentwicklung der Dienstleister anhand eines Scorecard-Modells Leitung und eigenständige Durchführung von Projekten von Start bis Ende inklusive Übernahme der Verantwortung für das ProjektUnterstützung bei der Umsetzung der Sustainability-Roadmap von Red Bull mit den Dienstleistern Enge Absprache und Zusammenarbeit zur Planung der benötigten KapazitätenProaktive Steuerung der entsprechenden Auswirkungen von Entscheidungen im Bereich Logistik auf das Customer-Service- und Planning-Team Proaktives Anpacken von Themen durch zielführende "Hands-on“-MentalitätKommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen für die Marke von Red BullLiebe zum Detail, wobei eine zielgerichtete Umsetzung der Aufgaben eine Selbstverständlichkeit istVierteljährliche Entwicklungsgespräche und Festlegung der Ziele der Logistik-TeammitgliederSparring Partner für die Logistik- und Operations-Teammitglieder im daily businessÜbernahme der Verantwortung von Entscheidungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Entscheidungsfindung im Bereich Supply Chain Fließende Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium mit Schwerpunkt Logistik, Supply Chain, BWL oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Spedition und Logistik Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich des Logistikmanagements oder des Supply Chain-Managements inklusive detailliertes Wissen im Bereich Logistik und Kenntnisse über die gesamte Supply Chain Fachkenntnisse der FMCG-Handelsstruktur Erfahrung im 3PL Management inklusive Ausschreibungs- und Vertragsmanagement Einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich Personalverantwortung inklusive Koordination eines vielseitigen Teams und individueller Aufgaben und DeadlinesEmpathische Persönlichkeit mit klaren Zielvorstellungen und unternehmerischer Denkweise Intrinsische Motivation, Proaktivität, Verhandlungsgeschick, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sowie freundliches, verbindliches und durchsetzungsstarkes Auftreten Ausgeprägter Fokus auf Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit sowie eine hohe Serviceorientierung Selbständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise, wobei mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu bearbeiten und zu priorisieren kein Problem darstellen Überblick über die anstehenden Aufgaben aller Teammitglieder des Logistik Teams Kenntnisse in SAP R/3 (ERP) / S/4HANA, Power BI und MS Office (insbesondere Excel) Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift … sowie eine große Portion Selbstironie :-) Reisebereitschaft 0-10%
