Your mission

As a Solutions Consultant, you will liaise with clients to:

  • Collate technical and functional requirements through workshops with senior stakeholders in risk, actuarial, pricing and product teams
  • Translate business requirements to technical solutions leveraging strong business acumen
  • Analyse current business practice, processes, and procedures as well as identifying future business opportunities for leveraging Data & Analytics solutions on various platforms
  • Develop solution proposals that provide details of project scope, approach, deliverables and project timeline
  • Provide architectural expertise to sales, project and other analytics teams.
  • Identify risks, assumptions, and develop pricing estimates for the Data & Analytics solutions
  • Provide solution oversight to delivery architects and teams
Your responsibilities

  • Provide expert consultation to clients on solution offerings, leveraging a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with the clients to analyze their business requirements and propose tailored solutions that address their objectives.
  • Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in handling data, offering guidance on data management, analysis and utilization strategies.
  • Utilize analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities and value propositions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering strong relationships and providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Stay aware of industry trends, emerging technologies and market developments related to data management and analytics.
Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field such as business, computer science or engineering.
  • Proficiency in English and German languages(C1 or C2 preferred), both written and verbal.
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting or solutions architecture roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes for clients.
  • Extensive experience in handling data, including data analysis, manipulation, and visualization.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, tools and techniques with the ability to develop and implement data driven solutions.
  • Previous experience working with companies that handle large volumes of data, preferably in sectors such as technology, finance, healthcare, or e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and engagement as needed.
Preferred Qualification:
  • 8-12 years of experience in Big Data, data analytics projects, and/or any Information Management related projects
  • Experience with data analytics platforms and tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with implementing and configuring software solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud based data solutions and services, such as , AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of industry specific regulations and compliance standards related to data privacy and security.
  • Certification or training in relevant methodologies or technologies related to data consulting or solution architecture.
