Organizational Change Management (OCM) Director (all genders)Hybrid role* (Remote/ on-site), Germany*This role can be based in any location of the above-mentioned employment location. The successful applicant will have exceptional Organisational Change Management and People Leadership Experience, with a passion for delivering innovative solutions that add real value to our clients and continue to build our reputation as one of the recent success stories within the Management Consulting Industry.The OpportunityAs an SAP S/4 HANA Organizational Change Management (OCM) Director, you will strategically align technology with business objectives. You'll excel in the role as the client’s trusted advisor and oversee the analysis, design, and implementation of technology best practices for effective business solutions.The role will include but not be limited to:Be a key member of the Tenthpin team, driving change through the Senior Leadership and wider organisation of the client landscape.Will get to implement exciting projects covering different ways of working, including Agile.Thrive in a diverse environment, working seamlessly within a multi-language, multicultural, and multi-disciplinary team.Actively contribute to the Tenthpin OCM Community, ensuring that you are part of a passionate, like-minded group of Consultants consistently striving to be at the forefront of the industry.You will get to work in an organisation that removes the traditional red tape of Consulting, giving you far more time to prioritise your workload; delivering to top tier clients and progressing your own career in a positive and empowering environment.Your ExperienceFirst and foremost, you are a genuine Management Consultant who has exceptional communication skills, sees the bigger picture, and works collaboratively with your clients and colleagues alike, to create exceptional solutions. You will possess the full OCM Consultant ‘Toolkit’, with an exceptional track record of delivering all the following: Change impacts assessment, Business readiness evaluation, Effective communication strategies.You display exceptional Stakeholder management across all levels and build genuine credibility with your clients and colleagues alike.You have a demonstrable experience in managing Organizational Change Management Projects, preferrably in IT/ SAP environment, and have led key programmes in such environments and changing ways of working for thousands of employees.As a person, you are assertive, decisive, adaptable, energetic and passionate about your work.
