Die Adam Hall Group ist ein führender Hersteller von Veranstaltungstechnik und bietet innovative Lösungen für professionelle Audio-, Licht-, Bühnen- und Eventtechnik. Als Field Application Specialist (m/w/d) unterstützt du das Vertriebsteam bei der technischen Präsentation der Produkte der Marke Cameo und arbeitest direkt mit internationalen Kunden zusammen. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört es, die Vorteile der Produkte zu demonstrieren, an der Entwicklung neuer Funktionen auf der Grundlage von Kundenfeedback mitzuwirken, Produktschulungen durchzuführen und an internationalen Messen teilzunehmen, um Partnerschaften zu stärken und neue Marktchancen zu identifizieren. Außerdem hilfst du bei der strategischen Produktplanung mit und stellst sicher, dass die Innovationen den Marktanforderungen entsprechen.

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung des Sales-Teams bei der technischen Präsentation der Produkte der Marke Cameo bei internationalen Kunden.
  • Du trägst zur Entwicklung neuer Funktionen bei und berücksichtigst dabei das praktische Feedback der Kunden.
  • Durchführung von Produktschulungen für Kunden und Partner, um ein umfassendes Verständnis der Funktionen zu gewährleisten.
  • Repräsentierung der Adam Hall Group auf internationalen Messen, Vertiefen der Beziehungen und Erkennen neuer Trends.
  • Beratung des Produktmanagements bei der Erstellung von Roadmaps und Nutzung von Marktkenntnissen, um die zukünftige Entwicklung zu steuern.


Das bringst du mit:

  • AUSBILDUNG: Ausbildung im Bereich Veranstaltungstechnik, techn. Studium von Vorteil
  • ERFAHRUNG: im Bereich professioneller Lichttechnik erforderlich
  • KENNTNISSE: Kenntnis über die Funktionsweise von Static- und Movinglights, Grundkenntnisse von DMX und den gängigen Ethernetprodokollen (ArtNet, sACN) sowie Licht-Steuerpulten (Chamsys / MA / Avolites)
  • SOFT SKILLS: kommunikativ, offen und ausgeglichen
  • SONSTIGES: hohes Maß an Reisebereitschaft, fließendes Englisch. Deutsch wünschenswert
