Among other tasks you will be working on
  • Übernehme die Verantwortung für eines unserer umsatzstärksten Produkte
  • Skalierung integrierter Zahlungslösungen: Arbeite eng mit unserem Mutterkonzern Nexi zusammen, um unsere integrierten Zahlungslösungen in der DACH-Region auszubauen und zu skalieren, die Akzeptanz zu fördern und den Wert für unsere KundInnen zu maximieren
  • Mach unser Payment-Onboarding zum besten und einfachsten der Branche
  • Kundenerlebnis und Wertversprechen: Sorge für ein nahtloses Kundenerlebnis und ein hohes Wertversprechen, um die Produktakzeptanz bei unseren Kunden in der DACH-Region zu maximieren.
  • Entwicklungspotenziale identifizieren: Arbeite mit internen Teams wie Support und Vertrieb sowie externen Stakeholdern zusammen, um neue potenzielle Entwicklungspunkte zur Verbesserung unserer Zahlungslösungen zu identifizieren und zu definieren
  • Backlog und Produkt-Roadmap: Erstelle, pflege und priorisiere das Produkt-Backlog und die Roadmap und triff fundierte, datengestützte Entscheidungen
  • Abhängigkeiten managen: Arbeite eng mit anderen Produktmanagern zusammen, um Abhängigkeiten und Synergien zu bewältigen und eine kohärente Produktstrategie sicherzustellen
  • Verantwortung für zahlungsbezogene Lösungen: Übernimm die Verantwortung für zahlungsbezogene Lösungen wie E-Belege, intelligente Zahlungsterminals und Pay-Onboarding und sorge für ihren Erfolg und kontinuierliche Verbesserung.
  • OKR-Monitoring: Überwache und berichte über die OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) deines Produkts und messe den Fortschritt und Erfolg anhand vorab definierter Ziele
What you bring along for this role
  • Erfahrung als Product Manager oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion in einem FinTech oder in der Payment-Branche
  • Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift)
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Business Cases und im Treffen wertorientierter Entscheidungen
  • Verständnis von Gesamtzusammenhängen von Zahlungslösungen, Compliance und POS-Systemen
  • Ausgezeichnete Projektmanagement- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Fähigkeit zur datengesteuerten Entscheidungsfindung
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden und Tools
  • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und Liebe zum Detail
