Aufgaben

  • In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position übernehmen Sie alle Vorgänge zur Abfertigung unserer Luftfracht Exportsendungen (inkl. Gefahrgut).
  • Dazu gehört die Auftragsannahme und entsprechende Disposition mit den Airlines ebenso wie die Ausfuhrzollabfertigung.
  • Zudem erstellen und überprüfen Sie Fracht- und Ausfuhrdokumente und sind für die Abrechnung der Sendungen sowie das Reklamationsmanagement verantwortlich.
  • Raten- und Preisverhandlungen mit Fuhrunternehmern und Umschlagsbetrieben führen Sie in Eigenregie.
  • Sie stehen dabei im täglichen Kontakt mit unseren Kund*innen weltweit, die Sie kompetent beraten und betreuen.
  • Sie nehmen Angebotsanfragen entgegen und erstellen ebenfalls (Ad-Hoc-)Offerten.
Qualifikationen

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung.
  • Die gängigen IT-Anwendungen nutzen Sie mit Leichtigkeit im Alltag. ATLAS Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Luftsicherheit bringen Sie aus Ihrem vorherigen Aufgabenfeld bestenfalls auch schon mit.
  • Die Kommunikation auf Englisch fällt Ihnen leicht - ob am Telefon oder per Mail.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch ein kommunikatives und verbindliches Auftreten aus und haben Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit im Team.
