Head of Finance (m/w/d) | Gaming Branche Unternehmensprofil Bei unserem Mandanten handelt es sich um ein internationales Unternehmen aus der Gaming Branche, welches bereits seit mehreren Jahren am Markt etabliert ist. 

Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für das schöne Office zentral in Berlin eine*n Head of Finance (m/w/d), welche*r das derzeit zweiköpfige Team führen und weiterausbauen, sowie als Sparring Partner für die Geschäftsführung agieren soll.  Aufgabengebiet
  • Leitung und weiterer Ausbau des Finance Teams
  • Strategische Steuerung der kaufmännischen Prozesse  
  • Erstellung von Budgetplanung, monatlichen Statistiken und Analysen sowie von Rerportings für die Geschäftsführung
  • Verantwortung der Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB und IFRS
  • Auf- und Ausbau von Internen Kontrollsystemen sowie von weiteren Finance Prozessen
  • Gewährleistung der Berichterstattung für interne und externe Stakeholder
Anforderungsprofil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder ähnliche Qualifikation (Beispielsweise kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum/ zur Bilanzbuchhalter*in (m/w/d)) 
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finance/ Accounting oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung
  • Führungserfahrung ist wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung in einem dynamischen Umfeld ist ein großes Plus
  • HGB und IFRS Kenntnisse
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
