Goal of Function:
(Senior) Expert Risk & Authorization is responsible to participate in design, development & deployment of processes and applications for all relevant business units on a global level. He/She will play an important role in designing solutions that strengthen the control Framework. As an expert in SAP GRC, he/she will provide recommendations and consult the business on the right solutions to implement and solving the requirements.Job Responsibilities:
Offers subject matter expertise for Risk & Authorization Manages IT projects and demand portfolio management according to agile or waterfall methodology Supports the design of the future risk and authorization strategy ( S4/HANA) and system implementation Steers suppliers and partners for projects and maintenance operations Responsible contact partner for IT capability center Implementation of effective Risk & Authorizations processes and systems in the organization Implementation of appropriate support activities for the business units User support for the Risk & Authorizations processes and supporting IT systems Central contact in the organization for the coordination of requirements for the expansion of Risk & Authorizations processes and systems Independent management of projects to improve Risk & Authorizations processes, including coordination with the organizational units involved Coordination, definition and expansion of the existing Risk & Authorizations processes in coordination with and according to the specifications of the BPO Risk & Authorizations and other functional BPOs Process and system-related user training in the area of Risk & Authorizations Documentation in the area of authorization management Improvement of internal processes Integration, coordination of the relevant processesQualifications:
Minimum bachelor degree, comparable qualifications At least 2-4 years of qualified professional experience, as well as other relevant experience in functions such as project management Very good analytical and communication skills Pro-active, integrative, as well as service and solution-oriented way of working System affinity and key user knowledge in the SAP modules ERP and GRC Very good process and system understanding User knowledge of supporting IT solutions such as Jira, Sharepoint, ServiceNOW Very good written and spoken English skills, another foreign language would be an advantage Ability to work in a team, resilience, and flexibility Traveling Career with a purposeWe offer an opportunity to create and deliver treatments that save and change lives for the better.
