Unser HORBACH Expats Team in München ist spezialisiert auf die mehrsprachige Finanzplanung für Expats, die in Deutschland leben und finanzielle Beratung benötigen.

Die richtige Person für diese Rolle hat eine unternehmerische Denkweise, eine starke Arbeitsmoral, den Willen zur Weiterentwicklung und ist in der Lage, dauerhafte Beziehungen aufzubauen.

Aufgaben
  • Aufbau eines eigenen Kundennetzwerks und Förderung dauerhafter Beziehungen in der Expat-Community Ihrer Wahl
  • Führen Sie gemeinsam mit dem Ihnen zugewiesenen Mentor Gespräche und beraten Sie potenzielle Kunden zu Finanzplanungsthemen (Investitionen, Immobilien, Altersvorsorge, Versicherungen)
  • Qualifizieren Sie sich zum zertifizierten Finanzberater - um die Lücke zwischen Kundenbedürfnissen und Finanzlösungen zu schließen
Qualifikation

Unser idealer Kandidat hat:

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch und Deutsch (B2+) - weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Vertriebs- und/oder Beratungserfahrung, keine Erfahrung im Finanzbereich erforderlich
  • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit, Beratung und Partnerschaft mit Kunden oder wichtigen Interessengruppen und Freude an der täglichen Arbeit mit Menschen
