The Strategic Program Lead, Delivery Optimization, is a key member of the Experis Europe IT Resourcing Operations team. Their mission will be to develop and deliver the future European-wide operating platform underlying Experis’ IT resourcing offerings, which involves a shoulder-to-shoulder effort at eye level with the Experis European country management teams. The initial focus will be toward a selected group of priority countries.

Location: Anywhere in Germany.

Your future tasks:
Setting the scene
Establish 360 degree outside-in analysis (e.g., SWOT, areas for actions, risks, opportunities, remedies)Develop a “target operating model” for IT Resourcing Delivery Business driver identification
Identify business & stakeholder current and anticipated needsTranslate business drivers into people, process, technology, and ways of working requirementsLead prioritization of delivery programs and projects Leading process and technology transformation
Lead operating model transformation, accelerate digitizationDrive a customer-oriented IT delivery at high quality level Leading a diverse team
Motivate employees around a shared vision and change storyBe a change champion, shape a collaborative, transparent, and entrepreneurial cultureCoach and guide Country Delivery Managers
Experience you will need:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a technology related fieldExperience as a project manager or Project Management certificationPrevious experience in an international context, international role, or working abroad.Track record delivering transformation and performance improvement programs in de-centralized organizations.Demonstrated ability to empower and lead operations teams – without formal reporting lines – to meet or exceed business and transformation goalsNative German speaker with fluent communication in English
