Your tasks as a Project Manager in Eschborn:
Reaching out, engaging and managing candidates/coachees in compliance with our high-quality standards and key requirementsProviding individual virtual info sessions or intake meetings and participating in group info sessions promoting the candidates’ enrolment into programResponding to candidates’, coachees’ and workshop attendees’ queries on a regular basisAssigning appropriate coaches depending on program and making sure deliverables are provided to them for immediate initiation of servicesMastering the candidate portal and being able to demo platform and tools where required and provide support in case of queriesHandling organization of webinars (virtual events), workshops and assessments and setting up of virtual events on candidate portal – including events with break out rooms - using MS Teams and other delivery platformsSetting up various psychometric reports on providers’ platforms (examples are Hogan, MRG) and tracking candidate completionEntering relevant information onto and regularly updating our billing and client management system in line with program/project requirementsService quality assurance by regularly monitoring candidate satisfaction scores and reporting/escalating results to ManagerCollation and presentation of business and reporting data (as directed by Manager)Completing and maintaining accurate forecasting and actuals (in liaison with Account Director)Seeking out efficiencies and improvements wherever possible and reporting these to Manager
Your experiences:
Min. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalentMin. 4 years of experience in similar role preferably in international organizationAdvanced communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a team and in diversified environmentVery good knowledge of MS office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)Fluent German and English skills required, as communication takes place in both languages
