(Junior) HR Specialist

For our client in the Dieburg area (Hesse ) we are looking for a (Junior) HR Specialist (m/f/d) as part of a direct recruitment in full-time (40h ). In your future role, you will act as a contact person for employees, provide support in the search for and selection of personnel and in this way actively help to shape the future of the constantly growing company.

Your tasks

Management of HR processes such as recruitment and administration, including maintenance of the time recording system and associated reporting portals Contact person for external service providers in HR-related topics, e.g. tax consultants, lawyers or professional associations Contact person and representative of the location for questions or in the context of cooperation with other locations and parts of the Group Contact person for questions from employees on site

Your profile

Completed studies with a focus on HR/humanities/law or comparable, completed training with a focus on HR or comparable experience First, approx. 3 years of professional experience in a comparable function and role in the HR environment Experience in the areas of recruiting Know-how in the field of labor law is an advantage Excellent communication skills, coupled with proven expertise in the areas of relationship and conflict management, as well as problem-solving skills Very good German and good written and spoken English skills are required Knowledge of Italian is a great advantage
