DAS ERWARTET DICH
- Du arbeitest eng mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammen, um Finanzanalysen zu erstellen, Finanzmodelle zu entwickeln und komplexe Datenauswertungen zielgruppengerecht auszuwerten, darzustellen und zu kommunizieren
- Die Verantwortung für die fortlaufende, systemseitige Optimierung und Betreuung von Budgetplanungen, Controlling Reports sowie Business Case Simulationen liegt bei Dir
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen "Business Intelligence" und "Data Science" stellst Du sicher, dass relevante Daten in der bestehenden Datenarchitektur - über alle Systeme und Prozessschritte hinweg -
synchronisiert zur Verfügung stehen - Die Erarbeitung von Konzepten, Maßnahmen und Initiativen zur Verbesserung und Implementierung von Finance-KPIs und Report-Formaten - im Rahmen unseres bestehenden, integrierten Reportings - gehören ebenfalls zu Deinem interessanten Aufgabengebiet
- Du entwickelst, implementierst und administrierst Controlling -Systeme, -Applikationen und -Tools in
Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen (zum Beispiel mit Marketing und dem Vertrieb)
DAS bringst du mit
- Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss (B.Sc., M.Sc., MBA) in Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Controlling
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finance mit dem Schwerpunkt auf FP&A, Controlling, Data Analytics und Business Intelligence mit
- Deine Qualifikationen umfassen umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Finanzwesen und im Umgang mit OLAP und SQL Datenbanken sowie die Fähigkeit zur Analyse von Bilanz & GuV und relevanten Kennzahlen
- Eine ausgeprägte Datenaffinität und ein sicherer Umgang mit komplexen Datenanalysen, einschließlich Konsolidierung, Modellierung, Auswertung und Visualisierung zeichnen Dich aus
- Sehr gute Fähigkeiten in MS Office, insbesondere Excel, sind Voraussetzung
- Idealerweise bringst Du schon Erfahrung in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central sowie Kenntnisse in Jedox und Power BI mit
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, ein hohes Maß an Ziel- und Qualitätsorientierung sowie Eigeninitiative runden Dein Profil ab
