Deine Herausforderung


  • Erstellung von Jahres- und Halbjahresberichten
  • Koordination zwischen Fondsvorstand, Kunden und Wirtschaftsprüfern
  • Berichterstattung/Publikation/Einreichung bei Aufsichtsbehörden
  • Erstellung der Ausschüttungsvorschläge, Abstimmung mit den Kunden, Veranlassung von Zahlungen
  • Datenlieferung für die Ermittlung der Steuerkennzahlen, Überwachung der Veröffentlichung der Steuerkennzahlen.


Dein Profil



  • Du verfügst über eine fundierte, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Fund Reporting
  • Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegungspraktiken, der Finanzmärkte und der Standards der Investmentmanagementbranche
  • Du besitzt ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch (in Wort und Schrift), Französisch wäre von Vorteil
  • Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Produkte (insbesondere Word, Excel und Outlook)
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine kunden- und dienstleistungsorientierte Denkweise aus
  • Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz und bist interessiert daran, stets die besten Lösungsansätze zu finden
  • Du bist in der Lage, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu bewältigen, um Fristen einzuhalten
  • Du überzeugst durch hervorragende zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und arbeitest gerne in einem internationalen Umfeld.
