You will lead the strategic design of end-to-end user experiences, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs You provide mentorship and guidance to junior UX/UI designers, fostering their professional development and growth You allocate design resources effectively across projects, balancing workload and priorities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design solutions You will collaborate with project managers and team leads to assess project requirements, identify resource needs, and assign designers to projects based on skills, availability, and project timelines You will be monitoring resource utilization and capacity, identifying potential bottlenecks or resource constraints and proactively reallocating resources as needed to optimize team productivity and project outcomesYour Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field At least 8 years in a UX/UI design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects Experience overseeing the allocation of UX/UI resources Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability practicesYour Benefits
