**Your Impact**
- You will lead the strategic design of end-to-end user experiences, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs
- You provide mentorship and guidance to junior UX/UI designers, fostering their professional development and growth
- You allocate design resources effectively across projects, balancing workload and priorities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design solutions
- You will collaborate with project managers and team leads to assess project requirements, identify resource needs, and assign designers to projects based on skills, availability, and project timelines
- You will be monitoring resource utilization and capacity, identifying potential bottlenecks or resource constraints and proactively reallocating resources as needed to optimize team productivity and project outcomes

**Your Experience and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- At least 8 years in a UX/UI design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects
- Experience overseeing the allocation of UX/UI resources
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability practices
