Deine Aufgaben:

  • (Multi-)Projektleitung (Initiierung, Planung, Steuerung und Abschluss) relevanter interner sowie externer (Strategie-)Projekte im Bereich Franchise Sales & Development
  • Sparring Partner*in und Umsetzung von Projektmanagement Aufgaben in Neueröffnungs- und Unternehmenstransaktionsprojekten (M&A)
  • Verantwortung und Weiterentwicklung des auf HANS IM GLÜCK zugeschnittenen hybriden Projektmanagementsystems inklusive Prozesse, Methoden, Tools & Templates
  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung des fachbereichsübergreifenden Projektportfolioreportings
  • Sicherstellung der agilen (Unternehmens-)Werte & Arbeitsweisen im Team

 

Dein Profil:

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs und konntest mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich des Projektmanagements sammeln
  • Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse im klassischen sowie agilen Projektmanagement
  • Eine Zertifizierung als Projekt Manager und Scrum Master ist von Vorteil
  • Du bist selbständig, zuverlässig und sehr gewissenhaft
  • Du schaust gerne über den Tellerrand hinaus und übernimmst Verantwortung
  • Du bist kommunikativ und arbeitest gerne im Team
  • Du bist vertraut mit den üblichen Microsoft Office 365 Anwendungen (insb. Teams, Word, PowerPoint etc., PowerApps von Vorteil)
