YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Du bist unser Sonnenschein im Büro, die erste Kontaktperson im Office für unsere Mitarbeiter und Kunden und bringst frischen Wind in die Prozesse rund um Office-, Facility-, Fleet-, Reise- und Event-Management. Dabei bist du mindestens 25h/Woche Vormittags bis 14 Uhr im Office für unsere Kinexians da.
YOUR TASKS
FEEL GOOD MANAGEMENT: Du bist vor Ort im Office und sorgst dafür, dass sich unsere Kinexians und Gäste wohl fühlen, indem du unsere Meetingräume mit Snacks und Getränken versorgst und ein Auge auf die Büroorganisation und -ordnung hast EVENT PLANNING: Du unterstützt bei der Organisation von Events, wie beispielsweise unserem Hüttenwochenende, der Weihnachtsfeier und anderen Get Togethers COMMUNICATION: Für unsere Kinexians und Kunden am Telefon hast du immer ein offenes Ohr und kommunizierst auch gerne in englischer Sprache PARCELS & SHIPPING: Auch für die Postboten hast du ein nettes Lächeln übrig und nimmst Pakete an und hast die Eingangsrechnungen im Griff (sowie ein Gefühl für Accounting-Themen) FLEET MANAGEMENT: Du bist für unsere Fahrzeugflotte von A-Z verantwortlich und stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher (Leasing, Versicherungen, Fahrtenbücher,Tankkarten, ..) TRAVEL MANAGEMENT: Du planst und organisierst Termine und Reisen und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kinexians auf ihrer Reise den richtigen Zug und das passende Hotel bekommen
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Du bist serviceorientiert, hast dein Herz am rechten Fleck und überzeugst durch deine positive Ausstrahlung, Geduld mit dem Team und deine Verlässlichkeit Du bist ein pragmatischer Typ mit hoher Umsetzungsgeschwindigkeit und einer "can-do"-Einstellung Du hast deine Ausbildung mit Erfolg abgeschlossen. Uns eigentlich egal, was und hast schon Erfahrung mit Office Management Tätigkeiten MS Office, digitalisierte Prozessumgebung auf Anwenderniveau (z. B. HR-Tool, Schnittstelle Datev Online, Confluence) ist für dich kein Hexenwerk Du liebst es zu kommunizieren - Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau ist für unsere Kunden wichtig, Englisch fließend ein Muss Selbstständiges Arbeiten, Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit sind für dich selbstverständlich
