Was dich bei Arla erwartet

Steuerung von standortübergreifenden EHS-Aktivitäten unter Einhaltung globaler Standards und lokaler gesetzlicher Anforderungen. Kommunikation und Einhaltung von Unternehmens- und BG-QEHS-Standards/Richtlinien, Kundenanforderungen und Gesetzgebung. Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von internen und externen Audit-Anforderungen und Entwicklung von Schulungsplänen. Standortübergreifende Förderung eines gesunden, integrativen und sicheren Arbeitsumfeldes durch Sicherheitsdenken und Beseitigung von Risiken. Übernahme einer Vorbildfunktion und Anwendung der Arla-Führungsstandards zur Entwicklung einer Kultur der Sicherheit, Qualität, Nachhaltigkeit, Digitalität und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.

Was du mitbringst

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitäts- oder Sicherheitsmanagement, idealerweise in einem Logistik- oder Produktionsumfeld. Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Fähigkeit zur Schnittstellenkoordination sowie idealerweise Führungserfahrung. Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Qualitätsmanagement oder eine qualifizierte Ausbildung als Qualitäts- oder Sicherheitsbeauftragter. Praktische Erfahrung mit der Analyse und Präsentation großer Datenmengen. Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
