We are currently recruiting

for a  Sales Account Manager for our Duesseldorf site to be part of the commercial team, helping grow the sales, margin, and market share in the EMEA region.The role will require a regular travel, particularly internationally (50/60% of the time).

Your responsibilities:

Manage international customers with a strategic focus on their activities and projects. Foster enduring commercial relationships with dedicated clients, engaging in trade fairs. Coordinate project monitoring internally at MCPP and within client organizations. Utilize company expertise to innovate new products and expand customer base. Analyze customer needs, problem-solve with R&D, and proactively identify new business opportunities. Estimate potential turnover, volumes, and margins for new developments, targeting key prospects for success and crafting tailored, value-driven offers with profitability in mind.

Your qualifications and skills:

We are looking for a commercial profile but with a strong technical dimension on products, with training in mechanical, materials or plastics engineering Experience in plastics industry, ideally in products such as rubber, plastic and coating materials
