Ihre Aufgaben

 IT-Ansprechpartner der Personalabteilung für SAP HCM  SAP HCM Modulbetreuung (inkl. Schnittstellen) mit möglichen Schwerpunkten in den folgenden Bereichen: 

- Personaladministration (PA), 
- Zeitwirtschaft (PT), 
- Personalabrechnung (PY) 
- Organisationsmanagement (OM)
- ESS/MSS mit Fiori Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei der Umsetzung kundenbezogener Prozesse & gesetzlicher 
Anforderung Begleitung von Funktions- & Integrationstests Steuerung des Einsatzes von externen Dienstleistern im Rahmen der Modulbetreuung Projektarbeit im Rahmen der internationalen Digitalisierung von Personalprozessen bei bardusch ;
die Mitarbeit und Mitgestaltung bei der Einführung von SAP Success Factors

Ihr Profil

Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder abgeschlossene 
kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung vorrangig im Bereich Personalwesen Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der SAP HCM Modulbetreuung inkl. Customizing Erfahrung mit ESS/ MSS, sowie Fiori sind von Vorteil Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement Programmierkenntnisse im SAP HCM Umfeld sind von Vorteil (keine Voraussetzung) Hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Eigeninitiative in Verbindung mit einer 
strukturierten und analytischen Arbeitsweise Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsmentalität sowie gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Vertrauenswürdigkeit Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse/ gute Englischkenntnisse
