Deine Mission:

Du übernimmst im internen SAP Team die Verantwortung für den Bereich HCM. Du agierst dabei vor allem an der Schnittstellen zwischen fachlichen Anforderungen (Prozesse, Funktionalitäten etc.)und der technischen Lösungsentwicklung und Umsetzung mit internen und externen SAP Spezialisten. 

 

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Inhouse Consulting Fokus SAP HCM
  • SAP HCM Modulbetreuung mit möglichen Schwerpunkten in einem oder mehreren Teilmodulen:
  • Personaladministration (PA),
  • Zeitwirtschaft (PT),
  • Personalabrechnung (PY)
  • Organisationsmanagement (OM)
  • ESS/MSS mit Fiori
  • IT-Ansprechpartner der Personalabteilung für SAP HCM
  • Unterstützung der Fachabteilung bei der Umsetzung kundenbezogener Prozesse & gesetzlicher Anforderung
  • Begleitung von Funktions- & Integrationstests
  • Steuerung des Einsatzes von externen Dienstleistern im Rahmen der Modulbetreuung
  • Projektarbeit im Rahmen der internationalen Digitalisierung von Personalprozessen u.a. die Mitarbeit und Mitgestaltung bei der Einführung von SAP Success Factors

Qualifikationen:

  • Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung vorrangig im Bereich Personalwesen
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der SAP HCM Modulbetreuung inkl. Customizing
  • Erfahrung mit ESS/ MSS, sowie Fiori sind von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement
  • Programmierkenntnisse im SAP HCM Umfeld sind von Vorteil (keine Voraussetzung)
  • Hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Eigeninitiative in Verbindung mit einer strukturierten und analytischen Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsmentalität sowie gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Vertrauenswürdigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse/ gute Englischkenntnisse
