In dieser Rolle verantwortest du die Umsetzung unserer EPC-Projektverträge während der Errichtungsphase unserer Offshore-Projekte. In engem Austausch mit den Kollegen sorgst Du für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Verträge und Projekte.
Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung, Steuerung und Umsetzung unser Anlagenbauverträge (im dreistelligem Millionenbereich) in unseren Großprojekten Du dienst als vertragsrechtliche Unterstützung der Gesamtprojektleitung bzgl. unserer Bauverträge und gibst erste rechtliche Einschätzung von spezifischen Forderungen, Gewährleistungsfällen und Nachträgen der Lieferanten Du stellst die einheitliche Interpretation von Vertragsklauseln und Behandlung von Forderungen sicher und steuerst die Lieferanten während der Ausführungsphase des Projektes Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört das Führen von Verhandlungen mit den Lieferanten zur Lösung von Streitigkeiten während der Projektabwicklung. In dieser Rolle findet eine enge Zusammenarbeit, Abstimmung und Austausch mit anderen Contract Managern sowie der Rechtsabteilung statt
Dein Profil
Du hast einen erfolgreichen Abschluss als Volljuristin/ -in , Diplomjurist/ -in , Wirtschaftsjurist/-in mit Spezialisierung Vertragsrecht, Master Business Administration mit Schwerpunkt Vertragsrecht oder einen gleichwertigen Abschluss Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrungen in der Bewertung und im Verhandeln von Lieferantenforderungen sowie gute juristische Qualifikation, wünschenswert im Bau- und Vertragsrecht, sowie Kenntnisse in FIDIC-Verträgenund konntest bereits belegbare Erfahrungen im Contract Management und in der Abwicklung von Projektverträgen, vorzugsweise im Anlagenbaugeschäft und im Bereich Offshore sammeln Dir fällt es leicht, hierarchie- und disziplinübergreifend zu kommunizieren sowie deine Durchsetzungsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick adäquat einzusetzen Du überzeugst mit deinem souveränen Auftreten , deiner schneller Auffassungsgabe und deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise Die Position erfordert eine gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeiten in Englisch sowie verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse; darüber hinaus bist du bereit auch mehrtägig für die TenneT-Projekte unterwegs zu sein (Dienstreisen)
