Information about the position
Were looking for a Marketing Automation Lead to join and lead a team of three automation engineers. Your teams mission will be to empower our marketing teams to work smarter, focus on strategic goals, and eliminate time spent on repetitive tasks, including enabling work that humans cannot do. As a leader, your primary responsibilities will include driving the automation strategy, ensuring the health, morale, and efficiency of your team, and making impactful contributions towards our company's vision of making second-hand the first choice worldwide.
In this position, youll
focus on Driving Automation Roadmap, People Leadership and Collaboration with Marketing
Develop and Drive Automation Strategy:
Create and maintain a strategic roadmap for marketing automation that aligns with company goals. Analyze business needs and market trends to identify opportunities for automation and propose strategic initiatives. Our projects portfolio includes management of the creative assets distribution and update, bid and budget management of campaigns, agencies data input management and more. Lead the prioritization of projects, ensuring high-impact tasks are delivered on time.People Leadership and Team Development:
Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development support to a team of three automation engineers. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting collaboration and continuous learning. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support individual growth. Work closely with a senior engineer who will provide technical leadership and ensure code quality and architectural integrity.Stakeholder Collaboration and Alignment:
Act as the product owner for marketing automation tools, helping to define the problem and discover the solutions Serve as the key liaison between the automation team and marketing stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning them with automation solutions. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into product specifications. Propose and evaluate alternative approaches to meet business needs effectively.
About you
Strong background in performance marketing automation with hands-on experience in Google, Meta or TikTok Ads, experience with Feed Management Experience in leading and mentoring people. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive complex projects to completion. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams. Basic SQL and Python knowledge. Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta, TIkTok APIs is a plus.
