Ihre Aufgaben

Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung strategischer Projekte Weiterentwicklung und Operationalisierung neuer Geschäftsfelder und -modelle Erfassen, analysieren und validieren von Kundenanforderungen in Bezug auf Produktvision, Wertschöpfung, Qualität und Kosten Erhebung aufeinander abgestimmter Geschäftsanforderungen mit Formulierung der daraus abgeleiteten Anforderungen an das IT-/Produktmanagement Erstellung, Weiterentwicklung und Dokumentation zukünftiger Geschäftsprozesse Standardisierung, Digitalisierung und Steigerung der Ende-zu-Ende Prozesseffizienz Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern bei projekt- und prozessrelevanten Themen Vorbereitung, Unterstützung und Durchführung von Schulungen für Vertrieb und Operations

Ihr Profil

Hervorragender Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung Umfassende Erfahrung als (Senior) Unternehmensberater, Prozessmanager oder Projektmanager – vorzugsweise in einem führenden Dienstleistungsunternehmen Vertrautheit mit Projektmanagement und Erfahrung interdisziplinären Projektteams Mehrjährige Erfahrung im erfolgreichen Vorantreiben von Prozessverbesserungen (z. B. Six Sigma, LEAN, Kaizen, etc.) Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Prozessgestaltung und -dokumentation (z.B. BPMN 2.0) Hohe Kompetenz zur Steuerung komplexer Transformations-Initiativen Hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit, Flexibilität und Engagement
