The Senior Director, Cell Line Development for Cytiva is responsible for leading the viral vector cell line development business, driving continuous improvement and ultimately ensuring long-term business success.
Lead the cell line development team ensuring that customer projects are delivered on time and to their satisfaction. Inspiring and instilling a mindset of continuous improvement in your team using DBS to ensure that our cell line development offering remains world leading
Accelerate talent management to ensure the continued development for direct reports. Partner closely with the human resources organization in developing organizational capabilities through succession planning, organizational assessment, identification of key skill gaps, talent acquisition and talent development strategies that link with business goals.
Effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including leadership team, associates, suppliers, and customers.
Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and promote a culture of safety, responsible for implementing and maintaining safety protocols to protect both employees and the environment. D. or equivalent in related life sciences with 15+ years commercial, product development, strategic planning and general management experience in a related Life Sciences industry.
Data driven approach to decision making, track record of developing business cases or strategic proposals.
Experienced in working with financial modelling, building credibility with customers, key opinion leaders, internal stakeholders and ability to connect with senior leaders at global customers.
