Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Klinische Betreuung & Beratung für bestehende und potenzielle Kund*innen in englischer und deutscher Sprache, sowohl intern als auch vor Ort bei Gerätedemos, -präsentationen und -einweisungen auch für interne Teams
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam zur Abstimmung von Prioritäten
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams vor Ort bei Messen und Workshops sowie im Cross-Selling
  • Unterstützung der Marketingabteilung bei der Planung lokaler Events
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Schulungsmaterialien, einschließlich Präsentationen und Schulungsunterlagen
  • Unterstützung des Clinical Marketing, Clinical Affairs und Product Management bei der Identifizierung und Betreuung potenzieller KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) für die Durchführung klinischer Studien und die Sammlung von klinischen Daten für Marketingzwecke
  • Hohe Reisetätigkeit (ca. 80%) im Gebiet DACH
Ihr Profil:
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Medizintechnikbranche und/oder in der Schulung von Fachpersonal im Gesundheitswesen, vorzugsweise im Bereich Laser in der ästhetischen Medizin
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem relevanten medizinischen Bereich, wie Medizin, Medizintechnik, Dermatologie, Gynäkologie oder Pflege ist wünschenswert
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten inkl. guter Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Fähigkeit zur selbstständigen Arbeit und einer umfangreichen Reisebereitschaft
