Mediaplus is the "Innovation agency for brand individual media" and the largest independent media agency network in Germany. Mediaplus develops innovative and flexible media strategies that adapt quickly and effectively to all changes in the market, whilst simultaneously shaping the brands of our customers effectively. In the House of Communication, we work in an integrated manner with all the communication specialists that sit within the entire Serviceplan Group.

What you can expect from us:
- Support the team in managing the end-to-end new business pitch process with all agencies within the Mediaplus Group, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop compelling pitch strategies and proposals
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pitch strategies
- Support the preparation of pitch presentations, including creative concepts, timelines, and resource allocation
- Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the pitch process
- Share knowledge and best practices throughout the agency by updating and maintaining our internal sharing platforms
- Monitor industry trends and maintain a deep understanding of the agency's services to align pitch efforts with market demands
- Contribute to the development of long-term business growth strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Media & Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in media planning and/or consulting in a media agency or in the marketing and advertising industry in general.
- First expieriences with managing and winning new business pitches and/or handling existing client business
- Experience in business development, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus
- Good project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and German
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with focus on PPT and EXCEL
Language: German (min. B2) and English (business proficient), Location Munich (flexible in mobile work, but not 100% remote)
