Ihre Aufgabe

Aufbau eines FP&A-Kompetenzzentrums:

Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of Corporate Controlling, um ein erstklassiges FP&A-Kompetenzzentrum aufzubauen

Steuerung von Planungsprozessen:

Steuerung von Planungs-, Budgetierungs- und Forecasting-Prozessen und Förderung des Dialogs mit den Business Units

Finanzielle Leistungsanalyse und Verbesserungspotenzial:

Analyse, Interpretation und Beurteilung der finanziellen Leistung, Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Unterstützung des Unternehmens bei der Definition entsprechender Maßnahmen und Entscheidungsbedarfe

Einsatz digitaler State-of-the-Art-Tools:

Unterstützung der Performance-Analyse und Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen durch den Einsatz digitaler State-of-the-Art-Tools und Modellierung (z.B. für Szenarioanalysen, etc.)

Ad-hoc-Analysen und Berichterstattung:

Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Analysen und Berichten zur direkten Unterstützung des Kabi CFO

Unterstützung internationaler Projekte:

Unterstützung internationaler Projekte und Initiativen

Ihr Profil

Hochschulabschluss (Master) in Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, FP&A, Controlling oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung idealerweise in einem renommierten Beratungsunternehmen Sehr gute MS Office und SAP Kenntnisse Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten und Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit mit multikulturellen und funktionsübergreifenden Stakeholdern Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
