Intern Sales/Business Development- cloopio (m/f/d) 

 

About us:

mission is to connect distributed teams around the world. With our booking platform, companies can plan team events (offsites, retreats, summits) in Europe. With our curated employee experiences, we offer accommodation, meeting facilities, transfer, and activities. cloopio is a venture backed by the Lufthansa group.

After a successful market launch in the last year, we are now scaling our operations and are looking for an internal sales/business development. 

 

Summary:

Join our dynamic cloopio team as an intern (40 hours per week) or working student (minimum 20 hours per week), where you’ll be instrumental in advancing our business. As the key account manager for prestigious corporate clients like Netflix, Lufthansa, and Coca-Cola, you’ll serve as their primary point of contact, nurturing valuable relationships. Leveraging your keen insight into customer needs, you’ll customize offsite experiences to their preferences and deliver persuasive proposals. Furthermore, you’ll work closely with our technical team to spearhead automation projects, improving platform functionality and optimizing user experiences.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design customized offsite experiences based on client needs and guide them to have an outstanding experience.
  • Proactively reach out to current and prospective clients to understand their offsite requirements and showcase our value proposition.
  • Prioritize customer happiness, striving to ensure exceptional offsite experiences and conducting feedback conversations with clients to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with our tech team to develop the next iteration of automation for our platform.
  • Test and validate new workflows to ensure their effectiveness before implementation.

 

Your Profile:

  • You are pursuing a degree in Business Administration, or related fields
  • You are fluent in both German and English
  • You possess great communication skills verbal and written
  • You are a team player with a hands-on mentality
  • A plus: You might have gained some professional experience in sales/business development
