Deutschkentnisse: mind. B2/C1

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des Teams bei der Budgetplanung

• Konfiguration von Enterprise Lösungen im Bereich Network & Security

• Unterstützung bei der (Weiter-) Entwicklung einer gruppenweiten Netzwerk Strategie

• Leitung internationaler (Teil-) Projekte

• Einhaltung der Vorgaben zur Nutzung des Servicemanagement Tools und Changemanagement Boards

• Administration der Network & Security Systemlandschaft

• Konfiguration komplexer Infrastrukturen

• Technische Beratung der Fachabteilungen

• Steuerung externer Dienstleister im Rahmen des Service- und Eskalations-Managements

• Unterstützung bei Wartungsarbeiten und des 2nd (/ 3rd) Level Supports

• Einbindung 3rd Party Hersteller bei Problemanalysen inkl. Eskalationsmanagement

• Systemaktualisierungen

Qualifikation

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung im IT Umfeld

• Idealerweise ca. 5-Jahre Berufserfahrung im Umfeld Network-Engineering und Security

Hardskills: Firewall Kenntnisse | Network as a Service | Technical Engineering (Switching / Routing (OSPF, LWL, WAN, LAN, WLAN), DMZ-Services, Monitoring (PRTG), Networking IPv4, IPv6, DHCP & DNS, Fortinet, Extreme Networks, Cisco, etc.)
