We are looking for a Head of Transition Office (m/f/d) for our Corporate Business Services department. This position can be filled at our headquarters in Mannheim.

Your Tasks

Development and ownership of the PHX transition methodology Development of the country-specific transition plans, business cases, saving targets, and forecasts Management and coordination of the individual transition projects in the country together with the transition manager, the shared service center management, and the finance director of the country subsidiary Managing the transition pipeline, scope and progress of the transition plan and country-specific sub-projects Problem and risk management during the transition and alignment of actions between the transition team, the shared service center team and the country subsidiaries Monitoring of savings targets and development of measures to ensure target achievement and coordination of measures with the respective steering committee Building up a small team of transition managers to execute the transition pipeline Execution of other major projects as part of building a European SSC set-up, such as reviewing a master service agreement and SLA management

Your Profile

University degree and several years of experience in leading teams in the area of process management and optimization Strong track record in leading complex projects and transformation processes Experience in working for or working with international SSC structures Strong IT affinity, dedicated IT and process knowledge in the area of SAP Very structured way of working based on project management skills Strong finance process know-how Analytical, strategic and agile mindset coupled with an entrepreneurial approach Routine in dealing with stakeholders of all levels as well as excellent communication, change and consulting skills German and English business fluent; further very good language skills would be an advantage
