German and English Speaking Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

Promptly responding to customer queries via email and live chat; Responding to incidents reported by users; Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible; Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers’ issues; Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times; Respecting client confidentiality at all times; Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved; Perform tasks of the supervisor within the scope of competence.

Requirements:

Proficient in German and English languages, both spoken and written; Effective Writing Communication skills in English and German; Ability to negotiate; Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software; Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization; Creativity and team spirit; Work experience is not required, but welcome;

Working Conditions:

This work consists of two consecutive working days in two types of shifts: day and night shifts. The next three days are non-working Workplace: Georgia, Tbilisi
